1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the access and use of the Kurslog mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By using the Application, you confirm your full agreement with the Terms.

1.2. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kurslog and define your rights and obligations when using the Application.

1.3. If you disagree with any provision of the Terms, you must stop using the Application.

1.4. The Application is not intended for users under the age of 18.

2. Changes and Updates to the Terms

2.1. Kurslog has the right to unilaterally change or supplement the Terms at any time.

2.2. New versions of the Terms become effective from the moment they are published in the Application.

2.3. By continuing to use the Application after the Terms have been updated, you confirm your agreement with the changes made.

3. License and Permitted Use

3.1. Kurslog grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. It is prohibited to:

• modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Application;
• copy, duplicate, or distribute the Materials posted in the Application;
• use the Application for illicit gain, harmful activities, or violation of anyone's rights.

3.3. All elements of the Application (code, design, texts, data, graphics, audio, and video materials) are objects of copyright and belong to Kurslog or to the rights holders who have granted the corresponding licenses.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Trademarks, logos, brand identity, and any other designations of Kurslog are protected intellectual property.

4.2. No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as granting you the right to use Kurslog's intellectual property without written permission.

4.3. In case of discovering a copyright infringement, you must immediately notify Kurslog.

5. User Obligations

5.1. You agree to use the Application exclusively in a lawful manner.

5.2. It is prohibited to:

• perform actions that may disrupt the operation of the Application;
• post information that contradicts legislation or generally accepted moral standards;
• attempt to gain access to other users' data.

5.3. You bear full responsibility for any actions taken in the Application on your behalf.

6. Informational Nature of the Service

6.1. The Kurslog Application is not a financial institution and does not provide licensed financial or investment services.

6.2. All data published in the Application is for informational purposes only and does not constitute recommendations or calls to action.

6.3. You independently make all financial decisions and are responsible for their consequences.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Application and the Materials are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties.

7.2. Kurslog does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published in the Application.

7.3. Kurslog is not liable for:

• technical failures, errors, or interruptions in the Application's operation;
• losses or damages incurred as a result of using or the inability to use the Application;
• actions of third parties, including advertisers and third-party services.

8. Third-Party Links and Advertising

8.1. The Application may contain links to third-party resources. Kurslog does not control their content and is not responsible for their operation.

8.2. Advertising in the Application is placed on the terms of third parties. Kurslog is not responsible for the accuracy of advertising information.

9. Privacy and Security

9.1. The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the Kurslog Privacy Policy.

9.2. Kurslog may collect anonymized analytical information to improve the service.

9.3. Personal data is transferred to third parties only under conditions defined by law or your separate consent.

9.4. Kurslog pays significant attention to the security of both adult and minor users.

9.5. Parents are advised to monitor their children's access to the Application and explain the rules of safe Internet use to them.

10. Termination of Access

10.1. Kurslog may restrict or terminate your access to the Application if you violate the Terms.

10.2. Kurslog may terminate the Application, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1. The Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

11.2. Disputes arising in connection with the use of the Application shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
