Terms of Use
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the access to and use of the Kurslog website, related services, APIs, and tools (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms.
1.2. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Kurslog administration and define your rights and obligations when using the Platform.
1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
1.4. The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18.
2. Changes and Updates to the Terms
2.1. Kurslog reserves the right to unilaterally change or supplement these Terms at any time.
2.2. New versions of the Terms become effective from the moment of their publication on the Platform.
2.3. By continuing to use the Platform after the Terms have been updated, you confirm your agreement with the changes made. You undertake to independently check for updates.
3. License and Permitted Use
3.1. Kurslog grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2. It is prohibited to:
- modify, decompile, parse (scrape), or perform automated data collection from the Platform without the written consent of Kurslog;
- copy, duplicate, sell, or distribute Content and materials posted on the Platform;
- use the Platform to obtain illegal benefits, for malicious actions, or to violate the rights of third parties.
3.3. All elements of the Platform (code, design, texts, graphics, videos, analytical data, etc.) are subject to copyright and belong to Kurslog or partners who have granted the relevant rights.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Trademarks, logos, corporate style, and any other Kurslog designations are protected intellectual property objects.
4.2. No provision of these Terms may be interpreted as granting you the right to use Kurslog's intellectual property objects without prior written permission.
4.3. In case of detection of copyright infringement on the Platform, you are obliged to immediately notify the Kurslog administration.
5. User Obligations
5.1. You agree to use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes.
5.2. It is prohibited to:
- perform actions that may disrupt the stable operation of the Platform (DDoS attacks, introduction of malicious code, etc.);
- post information that contradicts legislation, is offensive, or violates moral standards;
- attempt unauthorized access to the accounts of other users or closed sections of the Platform.
5.3. You bear full responsibility for any actions performed on the Platform on your behalf.
6. Informational Nature of the Service
6.1. Kurslog is not a financial institution, investment advisor, or broker and does not provide licensed financial services.
6.2. All materials, quotes, news, and data published on the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute recommendations, calls to action, or instructions regarding the purchase/sale of assets.
6.3. You independently make any financial and investment decisions, assess risks, and bear personal responsibility for their consequences.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Platform and all its Content are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
7.2. Kurslog does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, error-free nature, or relevance of the information posted on the Platform.
7.3. Kurslog is not responsible for:
- technical failures, delays, or interruptions in the operation of the Platform;
- financial losses or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Platform;
- actions of third parties, including advertisers and integrated services.
8. Third-Party Links and Advertising
8.1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Kurslog does not control their content and is not responsible for their availability and safety.
8.2. Advertising on the Platform is placed under the terms of third parties. Kurslog is not responsible for the accuracy of advertising materials and the quality of the goods/services advertised.
9. Privacy and Security
9.1. The collection and processing of your data are carried out in accordance with the Kurslog Privacy Policy.
9.2. Kurslog has the right to collect anonymized statistical information (cookies, log files) to analyze and improve the operation of the Platform.
9.3. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law.
9.4. Parents and guardians are recommended to control the access of minors to the Internet and their use of Kurslog services.
10. Termination of Access
10.1. Kurslog reserves the right to limit, suspend, or completely terminate your access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms by you.
10.2. The Administration may change the functionality or terminate the operation of the Platform (fully or partially) at any time without warning.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
11.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement can be reached, in the courts of Ukraine according to the applicable jurisdiction.
