Choose a country and a city
When the "Receive" field holds a cash currency, two fields appear under the form: country and city. Without a city the list is empty, because cash is handed over at a specific place.

The list depends on the city
After you pick a city you see only exchangers that work there. Mind the limits: the minimum and maximum amounts are given in the currency you give away.
