MEXC here means the futures arm of the exchange registered in the Seychelles. By perpetual contract count it is one of the largest venues: over a thousand pairs are listed, and new coins appear faster than on most competitors.
Fast listing is both a strength and a risk. A trader gets access to contracts on freshly issued tokens, but liquidity in those pairs is thin and price moves are sharp. Open interest runs into the hundreds of thousands of bitcoin, so the main pairs do carry real depth.
