Crypto Wallet Trezor

Trezor is the world's first hardware cryptocurrency wallet, created by the Czech company SatoshiLabs in 2014. Trezor pioneered cold storage for cryptocurrencies and set security standards that all subsequent hardware wallet manufacturers follow. Trezor's core philosophy is complete transparency: its firmware and software are fully open-source.

The lineup includes Trezor Model One (budget option) and Trezor Model T (with a color touchscreen). Trezor Suite software allows you to manage Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Cardano, and over 1,000 other cryptocurrencies. Trezor Suite also includes built-in swapping through partner DEXs and cryptocurrency purchasing capabilities.

A unique feature of Trezor is Shamir Backup (SLIP39), which allows you to split your seed phrase into multiple parts and store them separately. This significantly improves backup security compared to standard 12/24-word seed phrases.

Fees

Trezor Suite does not charge portfolio management fees. Token swaps through integrated services include provider fees. Network fees are standard.
